 We have studied the provincial guidelines and have ensured that we not only meet the standards but also exceed them whenever we could to enhance the safety of our clientele and our staff. We have completely sanitized the Salon, all furniture, equipment, tools and supplies before opening.  We will be continuing our thorough sanitization routine of the workstations, furniture, tools between each client to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Our Team has participated in updated training on disinfection, sanitation and infection control protocols and we will be proudly displaying our certifications throughout the Salon.

• Each team member must answer the Safe Visit Protocol Questionnaire daily. Clients must also answer the same questionnaire  every time they visit the Salon.
• To meet the client capacity limitation; our team is adapting their work schedule and the Salon hours.  Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your usual favorite time slot for the time being as scheduling will be at 50% capacity and team members will service one client at a time.
• Clients must come alone to their scheduled appointment. Upon arrival we ask that you wait in the Atrium outside the Salon until a staff member greets you. This is to ensure proper social distancing and to follow maximum capacity  regulations.
• Our coat closet will be unavailable; please leave your personal items in your car or bring along a tote bag to deposit your personal belongings and keep them safe from contact with other guests personal items.
• When entering the Salon, please use the hand sanitizer provided.
• We now require that all clients and staff wear a 3-PLY mask for the duration of your appointment.  (if you do not have a mask, we can supply you with one for a nominal fee)
• To help cover the cost of products needed to maintain a safe environment, we have implemented a temporary service charge.
• We will be refraining from serving refreshments; and that all magazines and shared items have been removed for your safety.

In addition  to the above we have also taken the following measures:

• Sneeze guards have been installed at the reception desk and protective partitions have also been installed between the shampoo basins.
• The workstations have been spaced out to ensure proper social distancing.
•  Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance, reception desk and at every station.
• There is soap at every handwashing station along with single use paper towel.
• Our team will be wearing properly fitted 3-PLY masks at all times and may wear gloves, face shields and/or protective goggles while providing some services.
• Clean towels and capes/smocks  are used for every client.
• Freshly washed towels and capes/smocks are stored behind protective plastic.
• Our retail areas are fully stocked, however we request that you ask for assistance when looking at product: a team member will gladly prepare your order and have it ready when you leave the salon.
